Free School Meals

If you are in receipt of certain benefits your child could be eligible to apply for the government's Free School Meals allowance, providing your child with a free and nutritious meal per school day.

Online Safety at Parrs Wood

Working together between the school and parents/carers is essential if we are to raise awareness of Online Safety. We encourage parents/carers to get involved with their child’s online world and discuss any issues they are having.

Parent Letters

As well as sending letters home, we deliver much of our communication to parents/carers via the School Gateway app.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

As a parent or carer of a pupil at the school, you are automatically a member of the Parrs Wood PTA, the Parent Teacher Association.

Parent Voice

The Parent Forum is a group of current parents/careers who work with school leaders and other staff to develop partnerships with school, share their views on areas of the school’s work, and help to improve what we offer our students.

ParentPay

We have now switched over to our new ParentPay system, where you’ll be able to add money for lunches, pay for school trips and manage your account. All students will be required to have an account set up by their parent/guardian.
