A huge congratulations and well done to the class of 2025 on their results this year. We’re very proud of your achievements.

Key Figures

  • 70% of Year 11 students achieved at least a grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths, and 47% achieved at least a grade 5 in English and Maths
  • Attainment 8 score: 48
  • Percentage of pupils who were entered for the English Baccalaureate (EBacc): 42%
  • EBacc average point score (APS): 4.26
  • Almost a quarter of all GCSE grades achieved were 7+
  • 12% of the year group achieved at least 1 grade 9
  • Percentage of pupils staying in education or going into employment after KS4: 93%

Sixth Form Results

Congratulations to all our students at Key Stage 5, we are very proud of the results which they have achieved for both A-Level and BTEC. We wish them all the best of luck in their future and next steps of their journeys.

Key Figures

  • Overall Level 3 Pass Rate was 96.4%, with the BTEC Level 3 Pass Rate being 97%, average Grade ‘Merit+’
  • There was a strong performance in the following subjects, where more than 20% of students achieved A grade or A* equivalent: A Level Biology (20%), A Level French (100%), A Level German (67%), A Level Spanish (50%), A Level PE (40%), A Level Further Maths (33%), A Level Politics (29%) and E-Sport (50%)
  • 100% of Level 3 BTEC Business (Diploma) achieved at least a Merit (equivalent to 2 x Bs in A level)
  • 85% of Level 3 BTEC Health and Social Care (Diploma) achieved at least a Pass (equivalent to 2 x Cx in A level)

  • Students going on to University: 91%
  • Students taking a Gap Year: 8%
  • Main School leavers who went on to Sixth Form: 63%
    • Of these that are Sixth Forms in schools: 32%
    • Of these that are are college Sixth Forms: 31%
  • Main School leavers who went on to Further Education (other than Sixth Form): 34%
    • Of these that are are Learning, Training & Employment (LTE) e.g. Manchester College: 9%
    • Of these that are Trafford and Stockport College: 21%
  • Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET): 1.3
