Being the biggest high school in Greater Manchester, our school boasts a wide range of sporting facilities at competitive letting prices. When our school closes and students leave to go home, our sports facilities open to the general public within the local community.

We have the following facilities available to book:
An all year round astro pitch, measuring 100m x 60m, with newly refurbed floodlights, which can be used for those darker nights. It can accommodate 11v11, 9v9 and 7v7 football, it’s also ideal for any hockey tournament/practice.
Astro Turf Pitch
3 newly refurbished pitches, with artificial cricket wickets, ideal for using in the summer months.
Cricket Pitches
Measuring at 36m x 18.5m, our sports hall offers a multi purpose facility which can accommodate a wide variety of sports (4 badminton courts, 4 cricket nets & indoor cricket, Basketball Court with recently fitted new hoops, Netball Court, Indoor Football complete with 5 a side goals and Korfball) it also offers a viewing gallery for any spectators.

Measuring 17.5m x 19.5m, ideal area for practising those dance moves at a dance club.
Dance Studio
Measuring 13.5m x 13.5m, with gym mats and landing mats provided. A perfect space for any gymnastics club.
Gym
Featuring 7 football grass pitches, Parrs Wood offer’s the largest playing fields in Manchester (varied sizes range from 9 a side to full size). Excellent condition and regularly maintained.

Includes blackout curtains, which runs all around the room. It’s an ideal space to hire for any drama club.
Drama Studio
We can offer 8 pitches to support your softball tournament or practice, this space is available for hire in the summer months only.
Softball
With a tiered seating capacity of 330, or a room capacity of 600, the main hall is an ideal space for functions, dance competitions, drama productions or special events. Measuring 19m x 19m with tiered seating, or 28m x 19m without tiered seating.
