Year 13 Computing Trip to AtkinsRéalis

A small group of Year 13 pupils attended a ‘Digital Her’ Industry Insights Day at AtkinsRéalis in Manchester city centre.
Whilst on the trip, students gained a fantastic insight into what it is like to work in the cyber, digital and technology sectors.
There was a cyber security game/challenge to see who could keep the company safe from hackers – one of our groups scored very highly! The girls were able to speak to staff and asked plenty of questions, and have also been provided with invaluable networking contacts to help with their future career choices.
