School Lockers
At Parrs Wood High School, we have a large number of lockers available to students at a fixed cost. The lockers are only available for a five year period, therefore students will be required to return their locker keys to the school.
Please read below for more information on how to purchase a locker:
Locker Information for New Year 7 Children/New Starters
Lockers are only available for a five-year period.
Your child will be given one key, if they lose their key, they will need to email finance@pwhs.co.uk. A new key will cost £5 and you will need to pay for this online before a key can be issued.
If your child forgets their key, unfortunately it will not be possible to give them access to their locker.
A locker will cost £30 (inclusive of a £5 deposit refundable when the key is returned).
PLEASE NOTE that as a school we are not able to replace or pay for items taken from a locker. Please check that you have adequate insurance to cover expensive items that are lost or stolen, whilst away from home. We strongly advise that you do not bring expensive items into school, mobile phones/large sums of money, expensive clothing etc.
The school reserves the right to conduct random security checks of student’s lockers. They may have to open them as and when required in line with health and safety regulations.
To purchase a locker you must pay via our online ParentPay system and a locker will be assigned in due course.
New Starters: please email finance@pwhs.co.uk if this is not on your account and you wish to purchase a locker for your child.
New Year 7 Starters: payment for the locker will be added onto your child’s ParentPay account at the start of their first term.
